보험업법 제124조(공시 등)

① 보험회사는 보험계약자를 보호하기 위하여 필요한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 금융위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 즉시 공시하여야 한다.

② 보험협회는 보험료ㆍ보험금 등 보험계약에 관한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 금융위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 보험소비자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 비교ㆍ공시하여야 한다. <개정 2022.12.31>

③ 보험협회가 제2항에 따른 비교ㆍ공시를 하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험상품공시위원회를 구성하여야 한다.

④ 보험회사는 제2항에 따른 비교ㆍ공시에 필요한 정보를 보험협회에 제공하여야 한다.

(4) Insurance인슈^r런스 companies컴퍼니즈 shall섈 provide프^r러^v바이드 the^ð디 insurance인슈^r런스 association어소우시에이션 with위^ð드 the^ð디 information인^f퍼메이션 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 comparisons컴페^r러슨즈 and앤드 disclosures디스클로우저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

⑤ 보험협회 이외의 자가 보험계약에 관한 사항을 비교ㆍ공시하는 경우에는 제2항에 따라 금융위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 객관적이고 공정하게 비교ㆍ공시하여야 한다.

⑥ 금융위원회는 제2항 및 제5항에 따른 비교ㆍ공시가 거짓이거나 사실과 달라 보험계약자 등을 보호할 필요가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 공시의 중단이나 시정조치 등을 요구할 수 있다.
