보험업법 제146조(권리ㆍ의무의 승계)

① 보험계약을 이전한 보험회사가 그 보험계약에 관하여 가진 권리와 의무는 보험계약을 이전받은 보험회사가 승계한다. 이전계약으로써 이전할 것을 정한 자산에 관하여도 또한 같다.

② 보험계약 이전의 결의를 한 후 이전할 보험계약에 관하여 발생한 수지(收支)나 그 밖에 이전할 보험계약 또는 자산에 관하여 발생한 변경은 이전을 받은 보험회사에 귀속된다.
