보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제85조(대안교육 대상자의 출석일수 인정)

① 법 제42조의2제1항에 따라 판사 또는 검사가 의뢰한 대안교육 대상 소년이 소년원등에서 정해진 교육과정을 이수했을 때에는 그 기간을 재적학교의 출석일수로 인정해야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 원장은 법 제31조제2항에 따른 위탁소년이나 그 보호자 또는 제1항에 따른 대안교육 대상 소년이나 그 보호자가 원하는 경우에는 소년원등의 교육과정 이수사실이나 대안교육 이수사실을 소년의 재적학교의 장에게 통지할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.20>
