보호소년 등의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(분류처우)

① 원장은 법 제8조제1항에 따라 분류처우를 할 때에는 분류심사 결과와 법원소년부로부터 송부된 자료를 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2016.9.5>

② 원장은 법 제8조제2항에 따라 보호소년등을 분리수용하는 경우 비행, 공범관계, 처우과정 등을 고려하여 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 생활실을 구분할 수 있다. <개정 2016.9.5>
