보훈기금법 시행령 제12조(회의)

① 위원장은 심의회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

② 심의회의 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 매 회의마다 지정하는 위원을 포함하여 9명 이상 11명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 nine나인 and앤드 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 11 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 for^f포 each이치 meeting.미팅

③ 심의회의 회의는 제2항에 따른 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 constituents컨스티추언츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트
