Act on the Management and Fostering of the Real Estate Development Business, Article 20 (Prohibited acts)

① 부동산개발업자등은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

2. 타인으로 하여금 그릇된 판단을 하게 하여 부동산등을 공급받도록 유인할 목적으로 부동산개발에 대한 거짓 정보를 불특정다수인에게 퍼뜨리는 행위

② 제1항은 부동산개발업자로부터 업무를 위탁받아 처리하거나 대행하는 자(그 임직원을 포함한다. 이하 같다)에게 준용한다.
