부동산 실권리자명의 등기에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조의2(과징금 납부기한의 연장 및 분할 납부)

① 법 제5조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 1천만원을 말한다.

④ 법 제5조의2제1항에 따라 과징금의 납부기한을 연장하거나 분할 납부하려는 자는 법무부령으로 정하는 신청서에 과징금의 납부기한 연장 또는 분할 납부를 신청하는 사유를 입증하는 서류를 첨부하여 특별자치도지사ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 제출하여야 한다.
