교육감 또는 교육장은 이주직원의 자녀들이 이주하여 온 지역에 있는 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교에 전입학을 하는 경우 불이익을 받지 아니하도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
