비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조의2(인력의 참여 및 물자의 사용)

① 법 제13조의2제1항 및 제2항에 따른 협력 요청과 동의는 문서로 하여야 한다.

② 자원관리주관기관의 장은 「통합방위법」 제14조에 따라 통합방위사태가 해제된 경우에는 지체 없이 인력의 참여 및 물자의 사용을 중지해야 한다. 다만, 국민의 생명ㆍ신체 및 재산을 보호하기 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 1주일을 넘지 않는 범위에서 인력의 참여 및 물자의 사용을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2022.7.4>
