비영리민간단체 지원법 시행령 제7조의3(분과위원회의 구성 등)

① 위원회는 그 소관 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 분과위원회는 위원회의 위원으로 구성하며, 분과위원회 위원장은 분과위원회 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(2) A어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 members.멤버즈

③ 분과위원회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

④ 분과위원회 위원의 제척ㆍ회피에 관하여는 제7조의2를 준용한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 분과위원회 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
