Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Improvement of Vacant Houses and Small-Scale Housing, Article 38 (Supply of Temporary Residence Facilities)

① 시장ㆍ군수등 또는 토지주택공사등은 해당 사업시행구역 인근의 공공임대주택을 법 제43조제4항에 따른 임시거주시설(이하 "임시거주시설"이라 한다)로 공급할 수 있다. 이 경우 임시거주시설의 공급은 법 제29조제1항 본문에 따른 사업시행계획인가를 신청한 후(시장ㆍ군수등의 경우 법 제30조에 따라 사업시행계획서를 작성한 후를 말한다) 할 수 있다. <개정 2021.9.17>
