뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(국가뿌리산업진흥센터의 지정절차)

① 법 제22조제1항에 따라 국가뿌리산업진흥센터(이하 "진흥센터"라 한다)로 지정받으려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지정신청서를 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.6.30, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따라 진흥센터의 지정을 신청한 자가 법 제22조 및 이 영 제25조의 지정요건을 갖추었을 때에는 진흥센터로 지정하고, 산업통상부령으로 정하는 지정서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
