뿌리산업 진흥과 첨단화에 관한 법률 제27조(금융 및 세제지원 등)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 뿌리산업 및 뿌리기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원 등 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 「신용보증기금법」에 따라 설립된 신용보증기금, 「기술보증기금법」에 따라 설립된 기술보증기금 및 「무역보험법」에 따라 설립된 한국무역보험공사는 뿌리기업에 우선적으로 신용보증을 하거나 보증조건 등을 우대할 수 있다. <개정 2016.3.29, 2021.6.15>

③ 「중소기업진흥에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 중소벤처기업진흥공단, 「한국수출입은행법」에 따라 설립된 한국수출입은행 및 「한국산업은행법」에 따라 설립된 한국산업은행은 뿌리기업에 융자 등 자금지원의 조건 등을 우대할 수 있다. <신설 2021.6.15>

④ 국가나 지방자치단체는 뿌리기업, 뿌리기술 전문기업, 뿌리기업 명가 및 일하기 좋은 뿌리기업을 지원하기 위하여 「조세특례제한법」과 「지방세특례제한법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 소득세ㆍ법인세ㆍ취득세ㆍ재산세ㆍ등록면허세ㆍ상속세 등을 감면할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.15>
