사격 및 사격장 안전관리에 관한 법률 제15조(감독)

① 허가관청은 필요하다고 인정하면 소속 공무원으로 하여금 사격장의 시설, 장부, 서류, 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 하거나 관계자에게 필요한 질문을 하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 검사를 하는 경우에는 검사 7일 전까지 검사일시, 검사목적 및 검사내용 등에 관한 검사계획을 사격장설치자에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급을 요하거나 검사계획이 알려짐으로써 검사목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 제1항에 따라 검사나 질문을 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
