법 제9조제2항 및 법 제13조제4항의 규정에 의하여 영업의 승계시 인수하여야 할 주요시설 및 사행기구는 다음과 같다.
The major facilities and speculative devices to be taken over upon succession to a business pursuant to Article 9 (2) and Article 13 (4) of the Act are as follows:
1. 사행행위영업 : 법 제4조의 규정에 의하여 사행행위영업의 종류별로 허가를 받아 영업중인 시설 및 사행기구
