사회복지공동모금회법 제10조(임원의 직무)

① 회장은 모금회를 대표하고, 소관 업무를 총괄하며, 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

② 감사는 모금회의 업무집행상황, 재산상황, 회계 등 업무전반을 감사한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 실시하는 감사의 종류ㆍ방법ㆍ시기 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
