Enforcement Decree of the Social Welfare Services Act, Article 24-2 (Publication of Information on Dispositions)

① 법 제51조제6항에 따라 보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 처분을 한 경우에는 처분사유의 동기, 정도, 횟수 및 그 결과를 고려하여 그 처분과 관련된 정보를 공표할 수 있다. <개정 2018.4.24, 2019.6.11>

② 보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 처분과 관련된 정보를 공표하려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 해당 관청의 인터넷 홈페이지에 6개월 이내의 기간 동안 게재하여야 하며, 필요한 경우 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 신문에도 게재할 수 있다. <개정 2018.4.24>
