사회적기업 육성법 시행령 제12조의4(정관)

Enforcement Decree of the Social Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 12-4 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 법 제20조제1항에 따른 한국사회적기업진흥원(이하 "진흥원"이라 한다)의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 진흥원의 정관 변경은 고용노동부장관의 허가를 받지 아니하면 그 효력이 없다.
