Enforcement Decree of the Social Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 12-6 (Board of Directors)

① 진흥원에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 원장과 이사로 구성한다.
