산림보호법 제12조의2(수원함양보호구역 토지의 매각ㆍ교환 등)

「국유재산법」 제2조제11호에 따른 중앙관서의 장등은 소관 국유림(산림청 소관 국유림은 제외한다) 중 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 수원함양보호구역으로 지정된 재산을 같은 법에 따라 매각ㆍ교환하려는 경우에는 해당 지정권자와 미리 협의하고, 그 협의 결과를 매각ㆍ교환하려는 상대방에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
