산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(재해에 대한 보상)

①산림청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제17조제2항에 따른 재해의 보상을 위한 재원으로 묘목생산비의 100분의 2이내의 금액을 묘목대에 계상하여야 한다.

②제1항에 따른 재원은 산림청장이 관리ㆍ운용한다. 다만, 산림청장이 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 재원의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 사무를 산림조합중앙회로 하여금 대행하게 할 수 있다.
