산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 제69조(권리ㆍ의무 등의 승계)

① 이 법이나 이 법에 따른 명령에 따라 산림소유자, 산림 외의 토지소유자 등에 대하여 한 처분은 그 승계인에 대하여도 효력이 있다.

② 이 법이나 이 법에 따른 명령에 따라 산림소유자나 산림 외의 토지소유자 등이 한 신청, 신고, 그 밖의 행위는 그 승계인에 대하여도 효력이 있다.
