산림조합법 시행령 제11조의4(우선출자금액의 납입 등)

①우선출자의 청약을 한 자는 조합 또는 중앙회에서 배정한 우선출자의 계좌 수에 대하여 우선출자를 인수할 수 있다. <개정 2020.9.22>

②제1항에 따라 우선출자를 인수하려는 자는 납입기일까지 우선출자 발행가액의 전액을 납입해야 한다. <개정 2020.9.22>
