산림조합법 시행령 제13조(대리인의 선임등기)

Enforcement Decree of the Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 13 (Registration of Appointment of Agents)

①법 제107조에 따라 중앙회의 회장(이하 "회장"이라 한다) 또는 사업대표이사가 대리인을 선임한 경우에는 선임 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기해야 한다. 등기한 사항이 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2005.5.2, 2016.12.30, 2020.9.22, 2025.1.21>
