산림조합법 시행령 제22조(산림청장 등의 감독)

① 산림청장, 시ㆍ도지사 및 금융위원회는 법 제123조제1항에 따라 감독상 필요한 때에는 조합 및 법 제86조의3에 따른 조합공동사업법인(이하 "조합등"이라 한다)과 중앙회에 대하여 관계 공무원에게 업무 및 재산상황을 감사하게 하거나 필요한 사항을 보고하게 할 수 있으며, 그 결과에 따라 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.9.8>

②법 제123조제4항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 조합"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 조합을 말한다. 다만, 직전 회계연도말 평균자산규모 등에 관한 통계자료가 없는 경우에는 전전년도의 통계자료에 의한다. <신설 2005.5.2, 2016.12.30>
