Enforcement Decree of the Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 3 (Scope of Landscaping Business and Construction Business, etc.)

①법 제11조제3항에 따라 지역조합 또는 중앙회가 행하는 조경사업의 업종은 조경식재ㆍ시설물공사업(조경식재공사로 한정한다. 이하 같다)으로 하고, 해당 조경식재ㆍ시설물공사업을 위하여 갖추어야 할 요건 및 범위는 별표 1과 같다. <개정 2017.11.28, 2018.8.22, 2020.12.29, 2023.12.19>

② 법 제11조제3항에 따라 지역조합 또는 중앙회가 행하는 건축사업의 업종은 건축공사업으로 하고, 해당 건축공사업을 위하여 갖추어야 할 요건 및 범위는 별표 1의2와 같다. <개정 2023.12.19>

③ 지역조합과 중앙회는 법 제11조제4항에 따라 신고를 하려는 경우에는 별지 서식의 신고서에 다음 각 호에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 제출해야 한다. <신설 2023.12.19>
