산림조합법 제124조(위법 또는 부당한 의결사항의 취소 또는 집행정지)

산림청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 조합등과 중앙회의 총회 또는 이사회가 의결한 사항이 위법하거나 부당하다고 인정할 때에는 그 전부 또는 일부를 취소하거나 집행을 정지하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.18>
