산림조합법 제22조(지분의 양도ㆍ양수와 공유 금지)

① 조합원은 조합의 승인 없이 그 지분을 양도할 수 없다.

② 조합원이 아닌 자가 지분을 양수하려면 가입신청, 자격심사 등 가입의 예에 따른다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 is이즈 not낫 a어 member멤버 and앤드 intends인텐즈 to투 acquire어콰이어 a어 share셰어 shall섈 follow^f팔로 the^ð디 examples이그잼플즈 of어^v브 admission,애드미션 such서치 as애즈 application애플러케이션 for^f포 admission애드미션 and앤드 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 screening.스크^r리닝

③ 지분양수인은 그 지분에 관하여 양도인의 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다.

(3) A어 transferee트^r랜스^f퍼^r리 of어^v브 a어 share셰어 succeeds석시즈 to투 the^ð더 rights^r라잇츠 and앤드 duties두티즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 transferor트^r랜스^f퍼^r러 with위^ð드 respect^r리스펙트 to투 that^ð댓 share.셰어

④ 조합원의 지분은 공유할 수 없다.

(4) A어 member's멤버즈 share셰어 may메이 not낫 be비 co-owned.코우-온드
