산림조합법 제27조(제명)

Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 27 (Expulsion)

① 조합은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 조합원을 총회의 의결을 받아 제명할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 경우에 조합은 총회가 열리기 10일 전에 그 조합원에게 제명의 사유를 알리고 총회에서 의견을 진술할 기회를 주어야 한다.
