산림조합법 제34조(운영평가자문회의의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 조합은 조합의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 조합원 및 외부전문가 15명 이내로 운영평가자문회의를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 운영되는 운영평가자문회의는 조합의 운영상황을 평가하고 그 개선사항을 조합장에게 건의할 수 있다.
