Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 98 (Board of Directors)

① 중앙회에 이사회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

② 이사회는 회장 및 사업대표이사를 포함한 이사로 구성하되, 회장 및 사업대표이사를 제외한 이사의 2분의 1 이상은 회원인 조합의 조합장(이하 "회원조합장"이라 한다)이어야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
