산업기술연구조합 육성법 시행령 제2조((조합의 설립인가 신청등))

①「산업기술연구조합 육성법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제8조제1항에 따라 산업기술연구조합(이하 "조합"이라 한다)의 설립인가를 받으려는 자는 조합설립인가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2001.7.7, 2008.2.29, 2011.4.5, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

②과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 조합설립인가신청서를 받은 때에는 그 설립하려는 조합이 제3조에 따른 조합의 설립인가기준에 적합한 경우에 이를 인가하여야 한다. 이 경우 미리 관계중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2001.7.7, 2008.2.29, 2011.4.5, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 establishment이스태블리시먼트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 shall섈 grant그^r랜트 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 if이^f프 the^ð디 association어소우시에이션 to투 be비 established이스태블리시트 meets밋츠 the^ð더 standards스탠더즈 for^f포 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 associations어소우시에이션즈 under언더 Article아터클 3. In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 shall섈 consult컨설트 in인 advance어드^v밴스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies.에이전시즈
