산업기술혁신 촉진법 시행령 제20조의2(지정서 및 확인서의 재발급)

신기술 지정 또는 신제품 지정을 받거나 신기술적용제품 확인을 받은 자는 지정서 또는 확인서를 잃어버리거나 헐어 못쓰게 된 경우 또는 기재사항에 변동이 있는 경우에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관에게 지정서 또는 확인서의 재발급을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1, 2026.5.19>
