산업단지 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특례법 제10조(관계 기관 협의)

① 지정권자는 산업단지계획을 수립 또는 승인하기 위하여 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하는 경우 산업단지계획 승인에 필요한 관련 분야의 협의절차를 동시에 착수하여야 한다. 다만, 제8조제3항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 지정권자가 제출기한을 정하여 따로 제출받은 서류에 관하여는 민간기업등으로부터 제출받은 경우 지체 없이 이를 협의하여야 한다.

② 관계 행정기관의 장은 협의를 요청받은 날부터 10일(근무일 기준) 이내에 의견을 회신하여야 한다. 다만, 「군사기지 및 군사시설 보호법」에 따른 협의기간은 15일(근무일 기준) 이내로 한다.
