Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Design Promotion Act, Article 16 (Criteria for Use of the Excellent Industrial Design Mark)

2. 선정상품의 외관ㆍ기능 등 상태가 선정당시와 동일할 것

3. 선정상품을 선전하면서 다른 상품을 등록상품으로 오인하게 하지 아니할 것

가. 해당 상품

나. 해당 상품의 포장ㆍ설명서ㆍ보증서 및 선전유인물

(b)비 On안 the^ð더 packaging,패키징 manuals,매뉴얼즈 warranties,워^r런티즈 and앤드 promotional프^r러모우셔늘 materials머티^r리얼즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 product;프^r라덕트

다. 그 밖에 우수산업디자인표지의 사용이 적절하다고 산업통상부장관이 인정하는 것
