산업발전법 제42조(공제조합의 지분 양도 등)

① 조합원 또는 조합원이었던 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 지분을 다른 조합원이나 조합원이 되려는 자에게 양도할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 지분을 양수한 자는 그 지분에 관한 양도인의 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 acquired어콰이어드 a어 share셰어 by바이 transfer트^r랜스^f퍼 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 succeed석시드 to투 the^ð더 transferor's트^r랜스^f퍼^r러즈 rights^r라잇츠 and앤드 obligations아블러게이션즈 regarding^r리가딩 the^ð더 share.셰어

③ 지분의 양도 및 질권설정은 「상법」에 따른 주식의 양도 및 질권설정의 방법으로 한다. <개정 2014.5.20>

④ 민사소송 절차나 국세 등의 체납처분에 따라 행하는 지분의 압류 또는 가압류는 「민사집행법」 제233조에 따른 지시채권의 압류 또는 가압류의 방법으로 한다.
