산업재해보상보험법 시행규칙 제52조(중증요양상태등급의 적용시기)

영 별표 8에 따른 중증요양상태등급은 영 제64조제1항 및 같은 조 제3항에 따라 첨부한 의사의 진단서가 발급된 날부터 적용한다. 다만, 중증요양상태가 발생하거나 변동된 날을 명백히 알 수 있는 경우에는 중증요양상태가 발생하거나 변동된 날부터 적용한다. <개정 2018.12.13>
