상법 제13조(지배인의 등기)

상인은 지배인의 선임과 그 대리권의 소멸에 관하여 영업소(회사의 경우 본점을 말한다)의 소재지에서 등기하여야 한다. 제12조제1항에서 규정한 사항을 등기하는 경우와 그 사항을 변경하는 경우에도 같다.
