상법 제350조(전환의 효력발생)

① 주식의 전환은 주주가 전환을 청구한 경우에는 그 청구한 때에, 회사가 전환을 한 경우에는 제346조제3항제2호의 기간이 끝난 때에 그 효력이 발생한다. <개정 2011.4.14>
