상법 제501조(결의의 집행)

사채권자집회의 결의는 사채관리회사가 집행하고, 사채관리회사가 없는 때에는 제500조의 대표자가 집행한다. 다만, 사채권자집회의 결의로써 따로 집행자를 정한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
