상법 제513조의3(전환사채의 인수권을 가진 주주에 대한 최고)

①주주가 전환사채의 인수권을 가진 경우에는 각 주주에 대하여 그 인수권을 가지는 전환사채의 액, 발행가액, 전환의 조건, 전환으로 인하여 발행할 주식의 내용, 전환을 청구할 수 있는 기간과 일정한 기일까지 전환사채의 청약을 하지 아니하면 그 권리를 잃는다는 뜻을 통지하여야 한다.
