상법 제614조의2(영업소의 이전ㆍ변경등기)

① 외국회사가 영업소를 이전한 경우에는 3주일 내에 종전 소재지에서는 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을, 새 소재지에서는 제614조제2항 및 제3항의 사항을 등기하여야 한다.

② 제614조제2항 또는 제3항의 사항이 변경되었을 때에는 영업소의 소재지에서 3주일 내에 변경등기를 하여야 한다.
