상법 제701조(항해변경의 효과)

①선박이 보험계약에서 정하여진 발항항이 아닌 다른 항에서 출항한 때에는 보험자는 책임을 지지 아니한다.

③보험자의 책임이 개시된 후에 보험계약에서 정하여진 도착항이 변경된 경우에는 보험자는 그 항해의 변경이 결정된 때부터 책임을 지지 아니한다.
