상법 제895조(구조료청구권의 소멸)
Commercial Act, Article 895 (Extinction of the Right to Claim Salvage Reward)
구조료청구권은 구조가 완료된 날부터 2년 이내에 재판상 청구가 없으면 소멸한다. 이 경우 제814조제1항 단서를 준용한다.
The right to claim a salvage reward is extinguished unless a judicial claim is made within two years from the date the salvage was completed. In this case, the proviso to Article 814 (1) applies mutatis mutandis.
