상표법 제81조(상표등록증의 발급)

① 지식재산처장은 상표권의 설정등록을 하였을 경우에는 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 상표권자에게 상표등록증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 지식재산처장은 상표등록증이 상표원부나 그 밖의 서류와 맞지 아니할 경우에는 신청에 의하여 또는 직권으로 상표등록증을 회수하여 정정발급하거나 새로운 상표등록증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
