새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제12조의3(인ㆍ허가등 의제를 위한 협의회)

① 새만금청장은 법 제17조제5항에 따른 인ㆍ허가등 의제를 위한 협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)를 개최하려는 경우에는 협의회의 개최 7일 전까지 협의회의 개최사실을 관계 행정기관의 장에게 알려야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 관계 행정기관의 장은 협의회에서 법 제17조제1항 각 호의 인ㆍ허가등의 의제에 대한 의견을 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 관계 행정기관의 장은 법령 검토 및 사실 확인 등 추가 검토가 필요하여 해당 인ㆍ허가등에 대한 의견을 협의회에서 제출하기 곤란한 경우에는 협의회를 개최한 날부터 5일 이내에 그 의견을 제출할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 새만금청장이 정한다.
