Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 36-7 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 공사의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 공사는 정관을 제정하거나 변경하려면 국토교통부장관에게 인가를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 미리 농림축산식품부장관과 협의하여야 한다.
