생물다양성 보전 및 이용에 관한 법률 제29조(교육ㆍ홍보)

① 정부는 생물다양성 보전을 위한 교육ㆍ홍보를 확대함으로써 산업체와 국민 등이 관련 보전활동에 자발적으로 참여하고 일상생활에서 생물다양성 보전을 실천할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

② 정부는 교과용 도서를 포함한 교재 개발과 교원 연수 등 생물다양성 보전에 관한 학교교육을 강화하여야 한다.
