서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(운영위원회의 구성)

① 법 제9조제2항제5호 각 목 외의 부분 후단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 2개의 금융협회의 장"이란 법 제8조제1항에 따른 운영위원회(이하 "운영위원회"라 한다) 위원의 추천 당시를 기준으로 소속 금융회사의 출연금(법 제47조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 출연금을 말한다) 누적 규모가 가장 큰 2개의 금융협회의 장을 말한다. <신설 2021.10.5>
