성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제23조(피해자, 신고인 등에 대한 보호조치)

법원 또는 수사기관이 성폭력범죄의 피해자, 성폭력범죄를 신고(고소ㆍ고발을 포함한다)한 사람을 증인으로 신문하거나 조사하는 경우에는 「특정범죄신고자 등 보호법」 제5조 및 제7조부터 제13조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 「특정범죄신고자 등 보호법」 제9조와 제13조를 제외하고는 보복을 당할 우려가 있음을 요하지 아니한다.
